Thank you so much! Since taking the pictures they have been reduced in size by quite a bit. To where you really have to search to find them. I appreciate your advice!

Use medical soap and rub it in really hard on the affected area and brush dog daily. It is probably caused by grease in the fur. Wash the dog more and use a medicated dog shampoo . Brush the dog well and they might go away.
